A bit about me
Having previously recruited for Manchester Airports Group for three years, I was surrounded by all things aviation! I recruited both operationally and commercially, however watching the planes on the runway everyday unsurprisingly led me to travel. I ended up relocating to New Zealand in January 2017, and have never looked back! Working with people is something I am very passionate about, so recruitment was the obvious choice for me. I thrive on building relationships and delivering excellent service to all of my clients and candidates. Offering an efficient and customer service focussed process is how my clients can trust me to deliver on my promises.
Within the Business Support team, I specialise in providing temporary and permanent recruitment services. From HR and finance to customer service and marketing, I recruit for a variety of roles in these areas.
One of Madison’s key values is ‘Passion’ and I believe that I incorporate this value, into all aspects of my role. Outside of work, I enjoy all things outdoors! If I’m not in the sea, I’ll be doing Yoga or heading out for a long walk along the coast or spending time with friends.
