A bit about me
I joined the Madison Wellington team in 2009 – and have had the opportunity to grow and develop into the Wellington Business Manager. I entered the recruitment industry with many transferrable skills, and believe this has helped me launch my long term career in the game! I’m pretty ambitious, and some might say a self-starter who loves to build genuine relationships.
My core role at Madison is managing a team of busy recruitment consultants across Business Support, Contact Centre, Professional & Managerial and IT. My team and I set ourselves apart from the rest with our ability to work fast and accurately – without compromising on quality. I am truly driven by success and my passion is to support and advise candidates and clients on the recruitment process – and of course lead a team of stellar consultants!
