Rebecca Russell

A bit about me

For most of my working life, I was either working for the family business or self-employed in the retail and hospitality industries. In these roles, I acquired experience in hiring and supervising staff, so when my situation changed in 2020, a friend of mine suggested I try recruitment. After testing it out, I found it to be a great career match!

In April 2022 I joined the team at Madison as a Candidate Manager. Within the role, I enjoy talking to and meeting many interesting people, as well as the rewarding aspect of matching candidates with their ideal job.

People call me Bec’s for short, and outside of work, I enjoy ballroom dancing and spending time with my two kids and husband.
