A bit about me
My journey with Madison began when I signed up to be a candidate, as a recent HR and Management graduate. I was able to find my first permanent role through Madison in 2017 with a sister company – AWF. This role kick-started my passion for recruitment and I knew then that recruitment was where I wanted to be.
My amazing experience as a candidate with Madison always resonated with me and later when the opportunity to join the Auckland South East Business Support team as a Recruitment Consultant arose, it seemed like the perfect fit!
Being a Recruitment Consultant has taught me the importance of building long lasting relationships by listening, understanding, and delivering results. I always strive to improve by learning from my candidates and clients and enjoy the variety, challenge and learning opportunity that recruitment constantly provides.
When I’m not at work, you will find me outdoors on a scenic walk or spending time with family and friends!
