A bit about me
During my seventeen year career in the Christchurch hospitality scene, I took care of the recruitment for many businesses and enjoyed finding the right match for each venue.
With a move to Australia and the decision for a career change in 2016 – recruitment was an obvious choice and an exciting new challenge. With recruitment experience across Melbourne and Christchurch, I now recruit for temporary, contract and permanent staffing solutions. As a Senior Consultant in the Christchurch branch, I seek out talent across sales, marketing, communications, hard-to-fill and specialist positions.
My passion is searching for candidates that seem unreachable through specialist recruitment marketing and in partnership with our internal Madison marketing team both locally and nationally. Shoulder tapping and utilising my networks to source the best talent is what I do best. Currently Christchurch-based, I manage recruits across the South Island and have successfully placed fantastic people from Invercargill through to Nelson.
When I’m not at work you’ll find me involved in team sports, socialising with friends and family or checking out the latest or old favourite culinary spots around town.
