Skills Testing

Skills testing gives us an opportunity to assess a candidate or current employee’s hard skills. This can be done in a real time situation, such as a role play or a simulation exercise, or in a managed environment such as a stand-alone skills test, which for example may assess a person’s ability to navigate through Microsoft Word or keyboard skills.

It’s important that the skill testing replicates the requirements of the role. Madison Consulting can recommend the relevant skill tests from our library of assessments and can offer you access to a testing environment or provide online links where appropriate. We have also in conjunction with clients created role specific tests, replicating on-the-job environments to assess technical abilities and skills.
