How It Works

Supported by Talk Recruitment, you will set up as an Independent Contractor, which will give you the flexibility to operate as your own boss and build a business in education recruitment with our support.

Your main focus will be building business and revenue in your region utilising the systems, processes, marketing and CRM that Talk Recruitment has developed.

The support you will be provided includes, but is not limited to:

  • The Education Recruitment Marketplace website
  • Talk Recruitment CRM for candidate and client management
  • Xero for client invoicing
  • Paysauce for teacher payroll
  • Message Media and mysms for SMS contact with candidates and clients
  • Annual budgets and monthly accounts
  • Weekly timetable for success
  • Full onboarding and training
  • Monthly catch ups, training and support
  • Use of the ‘Talk Recruitment Recipe’

Regional Partners may work long and irregular hours, including weekends and evenings. The roles are home-based, and you will need to own your own transport to enable you to travel to local education institutions to meet and support clients. You will also need to have your own computer and phone.
