To be successful we are looking for the following experience, skills, and attributes:

    • Recruitment experience
    • Education experience – teaching, working with school or early childhood centres, knowledge of the education industry
    • Sales and customer support experience
    • Account management or relationship management experience
    • Positive, hardworking attitude
    • Self-driven and motivated to achieve
    • Target/ goal driven
    • Excellent planning and organisational skills
    • Flexible and willing to work abnormal hours to get the job done (not your typical 9 to 5!)

Regional Partners must also:

  • Have a driver’s licence and their own car
  • Have your own phone and computer
  • The right to work in New Zealand
  • Have no criminal convictions
  • Complete a full vulnerable children’s worker check


RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  4. Complete a solo video interview
  5. Final interview with Talk Recruitment

  8. Review Regional Partner contract and license agreement
