To be successful we are looking for the following experience, skills, and attributes:

- Recruitment experience
- Education experience – teaching, working with school or early childhood centres, knowledge of the education industry
- Sales and customer support experience
- Account management or relationship management experience
- Positive, hardworking attitude
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve
- Target/ goal driven
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Flexible and willing to work abnormal hours to get the job done (not your typical 9 to 5!)
Regional Partners must also:
- Have a driver’s licence and their own car
- Have your own phone and computer
- The right to work in New Zealand
- Have no criminal convictions
- Complete a full vulnerable children’s worker check
